Our staff has remained quite remarkably stable since Bronte Nursery opened in 2003.

Children develop most quickly in their first four years.  Our staff watch and monitor every child’s development closely.

Our staff will observe your child's needs – play, sleep, food, drink, soothing, a clean nappy or a cuddle – and respond sensitively and kindly.

Like adults, children do not want to be stimulated all the time.  Sometimes they want to gaze into space, play with their toes, go off into their own world or drift gently into sleep.  This is good for their sense of calm, their imagination and their feeling of security.

At other times, children feel lively and bright – and then is the time to offer them opportunities for exploration and interaction.  It takes intelligence to respond to the child's mood and character sensitively.

Truly looking after babies and children is an intelligent and all-consuming job, and one that ranks amongst the most responsible tasks any individual can be asked to undertake.

We are determined to attract and retain those special staff who can develop the INTELLIGENT DAYCARE mentality we seek .  We do this by offering better pay and conditions, a good working atmosphere and the prospect of promotion and rewards for exceptional performance.  That way, when we find the right people, we are more likely to keep them.
